About the role
We’re hiring a Senior Backend Developer (.NET)
to design and deliver mission-critical systems. You'll play a lead role in both backend development using .NET Core 6/7/8, while also working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and OData integrations.
What will you be doing in this position?
- Architect and develop backend services using C# (.NET 6/7/8), with complex integrations into D365 via OData
- Deliver robust, scalable APIs and connect to cloud-native services on Azure (e.g., App Services, Azure Functions, Blob Storage)
- Design and optimize OData queries for seamless D365 data interactions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and maintain D365-integrated workflows and features
- Support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and maintain production performance with Application Insights
- Provide mentorship, code reviews, and architecture input in Agile, globally distributed teams
- Understand the complex Enterprise systems and the project integrates in the system.
- Debug, resolve and deploy production incidents to maintain the SLA.
- Work with Enabling teams for DB changes, UI/UX consultation, APIM changes, etc.
What do we need from you?
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development with C#/.NET Core/5+/8
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and OData protocols for data integration
- Deep understanding of SQL Server including stored procedures, optimization, and reporting integration
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and DevOps tools (e.g., Azure Functions, App Services, GitHub Actions)
- Familiarity with modern identity and access management tools (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID)
- Proven track record of owning features from planning through deployment, and collaborating in Agile teams
