Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for driving store success through leadership, coaching, and delivering an unforgettable guest experience. With a focus on maximizing sales, you'll guide the team on the sales floor and ensure the store runs smoothly by following Showcase’s policies and procedures.
What we’re looking for:
We need a natural leader who can inspire, manage, and engage their team. Reporting directly to the District Manager, you’ll oversee top-line sales growth and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

What you’ll be doing:

Recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent

Bringing passion and energy, with expert product knowledge

Creating a fun and interactive environment with in-store demos
-
Ensuring your team meets sales goals and key performance metrics
-
Executing company standards in all store operations
What You Need to Succeed:

At least two years of management experience in a retail environment
-
High customer focus with clear and engaging communication skills
-
Ability to coach and inspire top performers
-
Strong time management and organizational skills
-
Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
-
Experience with demonstrations is an asset
-
And most importantly... FUN!

Conferences Awards Exhibitions Experiential Sporting Blue chip installations
