Join Our Team as an Accounting Analyst

We are seeking a candidate who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment—someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and an excellent communicator.

As an Accounting Analyst, you’ll have the opportunity to grow, learn, and contribute across multiple areas of accounting. This role offers exposure to a wide range of financial functions, including accounts payable, credit management, accounts receivable, and expense management, while helping you develop both technical expertise and professional skills.

Qualifications & Skill

· Strong verbal and written communication skills; Previous customer facing experience is an asset

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting

· 1 to 3 years’ experience

· Previous accounting experience is an asset

· Ability to learn, adapt and change

· High accuracy with attention to detail

· Problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills

Position Responsibilities

Expense Management

· Receive, verify, and reconcile invoices

· Arrange and process payments for domestic and offshore vendors

· Track, analyze and report on key expense areas

Credit and Accounts Receivable

· Set up customer account and perform credit checks

· Receive and process inbound payments

· Monitor, review and follow up on past-due invoices

· Respond and resolve customer inquiries

* All other duties as assigned

Pay: $40,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
