Overview:

We have over 22 Nursing Clinics across Ontario and we are always looking for new and innovative ways to deliver care to the patients who need it the most.

We are looking for RNs and RPNs to work in our clinic in Waterloo, ON.

We are looking for a full time or part time nurse to complement our clinic nursing team

Hours of work are within a 2-week rotation inclusive of weekends and on-call work.

What The Role Involves:

  • Developing and maintaining an effective Care Plan with respect to Community Health Services, independently or in cooperation with the Ontario Health atHome.
  • Working with patients in-person to provide exceptional nursing services
  • Providing a wide spectrum of services within our fully equipped nursing clinic (i.e. compression therapy, oncology support, hydration management, IV therapy ostomy and wound care, catheter management , etc.)
  • Performing other clinical duties as required

What You Bring:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma
  • Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing
  • A strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our patients
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • CPR Certification
  • Current immunization record including 2 step TB test
  • To protect our patients, we require a current vulnerable sector check and a clear background check
