About the role
Reporting to the Spa Lead, the Spa Attendant plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for every guest at our Thermal Spa. The Spa Attendant plays a vital role in maintaining a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment at our Thermal Spa. In this cleaning-oriented position, your top priority will be ensuring that all spa pods, shared spaces, and equipment meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You will prepare spa areas for guests, restock essential supplies, and support the overall operations by creating a consistently sanitized and guest-ready space.
Hourly Wage Range: $19.00-$24.00/hr.

What you’ll be doing

Perform daily opening and closing procedures for spa pods.

Monitor all systems during spa sessions, adjusting as needed to ensure a seamless experience.

Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment, ensuring each pod is sanitized, restocked with amenities, and guest ready.

Ensure a seamless and departure process check-in process for all guests.

Work efficiently without compromising quality.

Fold laundry and clean dishes in designated areas to prepare pods for upcoming guests.

Stock supplies and maintain accurate inventory records to support daily operations.

Report and communicate any incidents involving staff or guests that require attention in a timely manner.

Promptly report any maintenance issues to ensure a well-functioning facility.
What we’re looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or cleaning roles.

Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
-
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
