Duties

• Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues across various platforms, including Linux and MacOS.
• Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware problems, ensuring minimal downtime for users.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop systems and peripherals.
• Utilize ticketing systems to track issues and manage service requests effectively.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing user inquiries and providing timely solutions to technical problems.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall user experience.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference.

Skills

• Proficiency in Windows and MacOS operating systems.
• Strong software troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose issues effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware components and their functionalities.
• Experience with technical support roles, providing desktop support in an office environment.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems for issue tracking.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on user satisfaction.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.08-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
