The Role, Your Impact: Under the direction of the North America Business Development Director, you will contribute to the following challenges:

  • Develop a portfolio of new clients and identify tailored solutions.
  • Understand client’s business objectives to propose customized strategies.
  • Lead the entire negotiation cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a strategic approach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (SCO, R&D, marketing, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure Alignment on capabilities and financial aspects with the SCO team.
  • Provide regular reports and accurate forecasts on account performance.
  • Facilitate the transition from acquisition to account management post-signature.
  • Implement the company’s initiatives for new clients.

Your strenghts for this position:

  • Education : University degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience : In-depth expertise in market needs, both in volume and margin, with solid experience in key account management or a similar role.
  • Skills :
  • Expertise in business relationship management and new client prospecting.
  • Mastery of communication, strategic negotiation and impactful presentations.
  • Strong project management skills with in-depth knowledge of the food processing industry.
  • Ability to build sustainable strategic relationships and develop effective long-term action plans.
  • Strategic vision and ability to anticipate market developments.
