About the role
We are happy to announce that our organization is expanding and is looking for additional team members!

- Founded in 2017, we are a multidisciplinary team that is a passionate group of physiotherapists, chiropractors and registered massage therapists. Our goal is to elevate the quality of care and to foster a deeper relationship with your health with our unique care delivery model.

We’re looking for a team member who:
- Is looking to become a part of and grow as part of a larger team.
- Is looking to develop deeper relationships with our clients.
- Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Cares deeply about the client experience from the moment they walk in the door to when they leave.
- Takes particular attention to detail. Every detail matters and ensures an exceptional client experience.
- Passionate about the work we do, the services we offer, and are able to communicate the value of them to our clients.
- Is able to communicate effectively and receive/provide feedback
- Is growth-oriented and dedicated to continuous learning and development.

What your day will look like:
- Greet and provide exceptional customer service to all clients
- Communication via email, phone, and in-person with various organizations to ensure that the client experience is smooth
- Introduce new clients to our service offerings and the value of each one of our services.
- Continuously monitor and maintain clinic organization and cleanliness. This may include regular sanitization of the space, laundry, cleanup of tools and equipment, wipe down of surfaces, replenishment of treatment rooms, and other necessary tasks.
- Ensuring all claims, invoices, transactions are billed, filed and stored appropriately.
- Sharing insight and feedback with the Client Experience Lead and management.

- Scheduling: Full-time positions open. Must be available to work weekends.
