Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Business Analysts with strong EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) project experience, particularly within Logistics or Supply Chain domains. The ideal candidate will play a key role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements related to EDI processes and collaborate closely with technical and business teams to ensure successful implementation and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, gather, and document business requirements for EDI-related processes in logistics/supply chain projects.
- Prepare detailed documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and EDI Process Specifications .
- Update or prepare EDI map specifications for development teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate business requirements and technical feasibility.
- Act as a liaison between business users and the development team to ensure clarity and completeness of EDI mapping requirements.
- Coordinate testing activities and provide support during UAT (User Acceptance Testing) .
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment across all project phases.
Required Qualifications:

6–12 years of overall experience as a Business Analyst .

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in EDI projects , ideally in Logistics or Supply Chain domains.

Strong understanding of EDI mapping, standards, and integration processes.

Experience working with technical teams and EDI developers.

Excellent documentation skills for technical and functional requirements.

Proven experience in testing and UAT support.
