Job Duties:
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient customer support operations.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery; arrange repair work as needed to ensure business continuity and consistent customer service delivery.
- Invoice clients accurately and in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate professionalism in all aspects of customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports related to customer service activities and operational performance.
- Conduct sales calls to existing and prospective clients as part of customer relationship management and business growth initiatives.

Skills Requirements:
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Required completion of a college course in Finance and/or Accounting
Minimum Work Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field preferred
Additional Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong drive for a career in sales and customer service, ideally within the finance industry
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Proficiency in MS Office application
- Demonstrated leadership, authenticity, curiosity, and teamwork abilities
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Schedule: Monday to Friday
