What the job involves

• As a Sourcer, you’ll play a critical role in scaling our Engineering, Product, Design and Business teams by uncovering and engaging exceptional talent
• You'll focus on top-of-funnel strategy and execution, driving proactive outreach and delivering a strong pipeline of candidates to our Talent Partners and hiring teams
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team goals
• Own sourcing strategy and execution for technical and non-technical roles (Engineering, Product, Design, GTM)
• Build and manage strong pipelines of high-caliber candidates using advanced search techniques and tools
• Proactively identify market trends, talent pools, and competitive intel to inform search strategies
• Represent the EvenUp brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in all candidate interactions
• Track pipeline data, outreach metrics, and sourcing performance to drive continuous improvement
