Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Field Site Administrator for a project in Edmonton, Alberta. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to our construction team.

Responsibilities
- Data entry in Track Sheet and Solomon ERP systems (timesheets, third-party charges)
- Reviewing timesheets for accuracy and reconciling against brass reports
- Prepare and submit client invoicing (labour, rental and third-party billing)
- Provide other administrative assistance to the site superintendent/management team as required
- Assisting HR with the processing of new hires and proper documentation for terminations
- Document control
Requirements
- High School diploma or a diploma/degree in business management or an administrative assistant certificate is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience
- Strong experience using Excel-based programs
- Track Sheet and Solomon training is an asset
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and ability to work independently
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Certifications: CSTS2020 (Construction Safety Training Systems)
- Pre-access A&D Testing
Work Conditions
- Shift: 40 hours (Monday – Thursday 10 hour days)
- Shift will change during shutdown up to 12 hr days
- Required to work on site (must have own transportation)
- Contract position starting immediately until approximately November 2025, with the possibility of extension
