Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Sales Coordinator / Junior Sales Analyst to join our retail sales team. This junior-level role is ideal for someone who is eager to grow within a fast-paced B2B distribution environment, supporting our national retail accounts team through reporting, coordination, and day-to-day execution.

Location: Cambridge, ON (Hybrid – In Office Minimum 3 Days/Week)

Division: Bunzl Safety – Retail Team

Salary Range: $50,000 – $55,000 per year + bonus eligibility

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the retail sales team with administrative and analytical tasks to help drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain and distribute reports on point-of-sale (POS) data, inventory levels, and order status.

  • Assist in forecasting and replenishment analysis to support in-stock performance and efficient inventory planning.

  • Analyze sales trends and product movement to help identify opportunities and gaps.

  • Coordinate internal follow-ups with supply chain, customer service, and product management to ensure seamless execution on behalf of retail customers.

  • Prepare meeting decks, summaries, and recaps for internal and external stakeholder meetings.

  • Help maintain CRM data and tracking of key account activities.

  • Participate in cross-functional projects that contribute to the success of retail accounts.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales coordination, analyst, or customer support role (co-op/internship experience welcome).

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM systems and ERP tools is an asset.

  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.

  • Strong analytical mindset with an eagerness to learn and solve problems.

  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.

  • Experience in retail or distribution industries is a strong asset.
