JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Project Manager to lead and execute large-scale transformation and innovation initiatives across all FTAI Aviation sites. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, capable of working seamlessly with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful change in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex transformation and innovation projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, quality, operations, supply chain, finance, and leadership teams.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Drive alignment and communication across all levels of the organization.
- Monitor project performance and report progress to senior leadership.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 3 to 8 years of experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in transformation, change management, or innovation-focused initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP, Lean).
- Aviation or manufacturing industry experience is a strong asset.
- Ability to travel as needed.
