Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming orders from various channels and ensure accurate processing.
- Enter orders into the factory system and monitor their fulfillment.
- Coordinate window and door installations.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, inquiries, and any issues that may arise.
- Utilize phone etiquette to provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for upselling additional products or services.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and address any discrepancies.
- Maintain organized records of orders, customer interactions, and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Provide training and support to junior staff on best practices in order management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information in English.
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to build positive customer relationships.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on customer needs.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
