Location: 3770B Laird Road, Units 2-4, Mississauga, Ontario L5L 0A7
Salary range: An annual salary starting at $55,000 based on experience
Work schedule: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
Reports to: Finance Manager

Job Overview:
This is a temporary employment contract with a duration of six months, with the possibility of becoming a permanent role.
Responsibilities:
· Provide support for A/R and A/P responsibilities.
· This would include cash deposits and invoicing.
· Posting various vendor invoices.
· Initiate credit approval process.
· Provide support for inside sales staff.
· Receiving phone calls from customers to help with their inquiries.
· Respond to customer emails for orders and process orders into Microsoft Dynamics.
· Monitoring and ordering office supplies to ensure office runs smoothly.
· Customer/supplier visit support and coordination.
· Update website as needed.
· Other related tasks.
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
· Experience with ERP System (Microsoft Dynamics would be an asset).
· Experience with AR and AP (required).
· Experience with costumer service.
· General Office administration experience.
· Flexibility to wear different hats and be a team player.
· Ability to multitask.
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
· Fully site based
