Fièra is a fast-growing beauty brand with eight-figure revenues with a strong emphasis on direct-response marketing. We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Performance Marketing to spearhead our next phase of growth. You will own the entire acquisition funnel—paid social, paid search, native, and emerging channels, supported by a skilled team and accountable for full P&L. The ideal candidate combines rigorous testing, rapid creative iteration, and data-driven optimisation focused on CPA, CVR, and LTV. Responsibilities
- Own and execute the full-funnel marketing strategy, with a strong emphasis on performance marketing (Paid Social, YouTube, Google, Native, Affiliate).
- Act as the bridge between creative and media buying, overseeing ideation and execution of marketing assets that drive strong performance.
- Manage and collaborate with in-house teams and freelancers across growth, media buying, creative, and email.
- Take over day-to-day marketing responsibilities from the CMO and Head of Brand, enabling them to focus on high-level growth and brand vision.
- Work with the Creative Team to drive new concept development, iterate on winning assets, and continually test and scale new funnels, videos and offers.
- Lead campaign launches from start to finish, including timeline development, asset management, testing strategy, and performance reporting.
- Partner with the Data and Analytics team to assess campaign performance and identify new areas of opportunity.
- Help structure and lead the marketing department, optimizing workflows, systems, and resource allocation for maximum impact.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- 7+ years of experience in direct response e-commerce marketing,
- Directed at least $1 M+ in monthly ad spend across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Deep expertise in creative testing, media buying, and full-funnel optimization.
- A solid grasp of creative strategy and the ability to work closely with designers and copywriters to ideate and optimize ads and landing pages.
- Proven ability to manage cross functional teams and lead strategic campaigns from concept to execution.
- High growth mindset. Fast-moving, high-velocity environments and rapid iteration cycles.
- A deep understanding of paid media strategy, A/B testing, and full-funnel growth tactics.
- Data literacy with experience tracking and analyzing marketing performance using attribution models, LTV/CAC frameworks, and channel-specific KPIs.
- Strong communication and project management skills. Conveys ideas, strategies, and outcomes with clarity and impact.
- A balance of analytical thinking and creative flair.
