The Associate Director (Actuarial) will be responsible for managing the actuarial functions related to the Par Inforce Management team. This role involves:
- Leading the actuarial analysis and reporting for inforce policies.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Developing and implementing actuarial models to support decision-making.
- Providing insights and recommendations based on actuarial findings.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Fellowship in a recognized actuarial society (e.g., SOA, CAS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the insurance industry, particularly in life insurance.
- Proficiency in actuarial software and programming languages.
- Leadership experience in managing teams or projects.

- This position is full-time and based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
