About the role

Job Description

The Associate Director (Actuarial) will be responsible for managing the actuarial functions related to the Par Inforce Management team. This role involves:

  • Leading the actuarial analysis and reporting for inforce policies.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Developing and implementing actuarial models to support decision-making.
  • Providing insights and recommendations based on actuarial findings.

Required Qualifications

  • A degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Fellowship in a recognized actuarial society (e.g., SOA, CAS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the insurance industry, particularly in life insurance.
  • Proficiency in actuarial software and programming languages.
  • Leadership experience in managing teams or projects.
