Role Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming experience. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

This role will have part-time duties as our airport Shuttle Driver, where you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation for guests while delivering exceptional customer service.

Shifts: Must have flexible availability, as this position does not have a set schedule. Schedule may include morning, evening, and mid-shifts, as well as weekends and holidays.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport guests to and from designated locations while following all traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service, assisting guests with boarding, luggage, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean and well-presented shuttle vehicle, conducting pre- and post-trip inspections and reporting maintenance concerns.
  • Assist with guest services, including providing directions, answering questions, and offering recommendations about the local area.
  • Assist the Front Desk team with guest check-ins, check-outs and basic guest inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively with front desk and other departments to coordinate guest transportation needs.
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues as necessary to ensure a positive experience.

Role Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license Class 4 is required.
  • 5 years clean driver's abstract for Canada.
  • Previous hotel experience is preferred, with knowledge of PEP being an asset.
  • Hospitality or Tourism diploma/certification is an asset.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and with good time management skills.
  • High standard of customer service.
  • Be able to stand for long periods at a time and comfortably lift up to 50lbs.
  • Willingness to learn and provide the best experience possible for our guests!
