Job purpose
The Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for assuring that all manufacturing processes comply with
all regulations and standards of regulatory bodies as well as third party audit organizations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.Ensure that all SOPs and specifications for each procedure are appropriate and followed by the
concerned personnel.
2.Ensure that the procedures and specifications of firms under contract are appropriate and followed,
i.e., maintain control and take responsibility for third-party service providers.
3.Ensure that appropriate manufacturing in-process controls are implemented.
4.Review all documents that describe work instructions and set requirements such as procedures,
protocols, test methods, specifications, etc.
5.Document and track all changes that occur within the production and quality units.
6.Ensure all non-conformances and out-of-specifications are investigated and root causes are found.
- Perform employees training for SOPs.
Qualifications:
University graduate or equivalent with a science background or similar domain.
Work experience in laboratory, pharma or cosmetic manufacturing facility.
Skills:
Good communication skills;
Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills;
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $44,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
