About the role
We are growing again! At Westrich Pacific Corp., an innovative Edmonton-based developer, we’re thrilled to add newly constructed buildings to our rental portfolio. Our modern concrete condominiums, mixed-use developments, and purpose-built apartment buildings (100–200 units each) showcase great design and prime locations. With these exciting additions, our team is expanding, offering huge potential for you to learn and grow as much as you can!

What You'll Do:
Handle minor handyman tasks like painting, fixing doors, or troubleshooting basic electrical/plumbing issues in suites and common areas.
Maintain outdoor areas by mowing lawns in summer and operating snow blowers or clearing snow in the winter.
Perform daily walkthroughs of our new apartment buildings, checking locks, security, and building systems (e.g. heating, plumbing)
Coordinate with tenants to schedule repairs and deliver friendly, professional service.
Keep our properties safe and clean, completing all required training on time.
Who You Are:
Clear communicator in English with a positive, can-do attitude
Physically able to handle daily tasks - walking, bending, lifting (5-50 lbs) and using hand tools (e.g. drills, screwdrivers)
Handy with your hands and excited to learn new repair skills (we'll train you!)
Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to getting the job done.
Comfortable using a phone or tablet for work orders.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
What We Offer:
Full-time role (44 hours/week) with competitive pay: $21–$29/hour based on experience.
A supportive team and hands-on training to grow your skills.
Work in modern, new construction, 100–200-unit apartment buildings with plenty of opportunities to shine.
Ready to build a career with us? Apply by July 11, 2025 to be part of our exciting expansion! We appreciate all applicants, but only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
