Position Overview:
Compugen is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst for a 21 month contract working onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Security incident monitoring
- Threat & risk assessments
- Phishing analysis
- Security awareness training
- Offensive security/programming (e.g., Python, PowerShell, .NET, Java)
- Cloud security (Azure, AWS, GCP, Office 365)
- Familiarity with ISO 27001/27017/27018, NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK
- Communication and teamwork skills
Skills & Qualifications:

A strong technical foundation and practical experience in identifying and mitigating security threats are essential.
Mandatory Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related IT role, with demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity monitoring, incident handling, and response.
- "Candidate must have cybersecurity monitoring, Incident Handling and response experience.
- Candidate must have hands-on experience with vulnerability assessment tools.
- Candidate must have hands on experience with security tools and technologies such as email and web filtering platforms, endpoint protection technologies, next generation firewalls and intrusion protection systems.
- Candidate must have certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA(Security), CEH, or CISSP.
