About you: You have a curious nature and keep abreast of new developments or ideas gaining momentum in the business. You want to know how and why people use technology and understand how they imagine better ways of working. You interject yourselves into the conversation to ask questions that help others clarify any problems, assumptions and risks. You are outgoing, a people’s person, can put people at ease and are easy to talk to. You are curious and want to help your team answer their toughest questions by learning from others and working together.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program (BA/BS) or graduate program (Masters'/PhD)
- Located in Ontario, preferably in the GTA or KW area (Toronto or Kitchener-Waterloo)
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence and its practical applications in business
- Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and AI technologies
- Engaging with UX designers, UX researchers, developers and stakeholders to define and document clear product requirements
- Prioritizing and planning features based on company and stakeholder priorities and business values
- Distilling very technical concepts to business colleagues and vice versa
- Presenting information to others (e.g., to the design team/business stakeholders)
- Define and track success metrics
- Work with software engineering teams on bug triage and requirements
- You’re open to rolling up your sleeves and doing a bit of end-user research and testing as needed, to make the team and product a success
- Ability to effectively communicate in both oral and written English

- Worked previously on an AI based product either as a PM or developer
- You are able to empathize with our end-users and are interested in doing some research.
- Using analytical tools and conducting product-related analyses to produce actionable insights and communicate findings
- Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies
