Bilingual Senior Recruitment Consultant - Toronto (Hybrid)
As a Senior Recruitment consultant, you will be assisting in the continued growth of our Ottawa & Gatineau focused Building & Construction division.
Responsibilities include:
- Hunting for new business opportunities in the Ottawa/Gatineau market
- Continued Lead Generation
- Calling and Meeting prospects weekly within Building & Construction
- Utilising your French language skills to attract French speaking clients and candidates
- Full 360 recruitment
- Involvement in proposal process and developing and pitching proposals
- Negotiating Commercial Terms of Business and Rates
- Account Management and Cross Selling to other internal teams including Sales & Marketing, Technology and Finance
Profile
Bilingual Senior Recruitment Consultant - Toronto (Hybrid)
The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:
- A minimum of 2 years successful 360 Recruitment Sales (Business to Business) experience
- Bilingual (English & French) fluency is essential
- Ability to work 3 days in-office in Toronto (2 days from home)
- Proven Business Development experience
- Experience recruiting into the Building & Construction market would be an asset
- Experience recruiting into the Ottawa and/or Gatineau market would be an asset
- An ambitious individual with a driven attitude
Job Offer
A base salary of up to $70,000
Uncapped commission
RRSP Matching

Desired Skills and Experience Minimum 2+ years recruitment experience (business to business)

Ability to work from a downtown Toronto office location 3 days per week.
