Requirements
- One or more years of experience as a server in a well-respected full-service restaurant, wine bar, or equivalent role in the hospitality industry.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
- Wine knowledge is a plus.
- Must be willing to take on kitchen responsibilities.
Knowledge And Skills
- Enthusiasm for wines and a desire to learn more about them.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience preferred.
- Wine Certification (WSET) preferred.
- Skilled at and enjoys delivering excellent customer service.
- Experienced and proficient in using retail point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
- Available for early shifts and weekends.
- Able to work overtime or late into the evening in the event of flight delays.
- Able to push, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 50 pounds.
