Responsibilities Job Description
- Provide daily finance support to the region’s operations and commercial teams.
- Prepare analytics and participate in the operating mechanisms across the markets within the region, in addition to supporting the USCAN level finance initiatives
- Forecasting: collaborate with the finance peers, region’s operations and commercial teams to produce and/or evaluate the financial forecast at the region, market and product levels.
- Solicit feedback from the field to track and effectively communicate risks & opportunities to the key stakeholders.
- Submit QMIs to FP&A Reporting: produce financial reporting/templates and communicate key updates.
- Collaborate with the Service Finance members to standardize the key financial reports used across the region. Quarter Close Activities: track the ‘to-go’ activities for the P&L, compare the leading indicators from the source systems (Siebel, Nuvolo, SFDC, etc.) against the ledger and validate the accuracy of the transactions.
- Record manual journal entries as required. Partner with controllership on account reconciliations and validation on MJEs.
- Variable Compensation Reconciliation – responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of reconciling the ledger actuals to the commercial team variable compensation on a quarterly basis.
- Service Daily Management System (DMS): Contract - assess trends and outliers. Investigate and solve for discrepancies against the source systems (CRM, Nuvolo, Pega, SFDC, etc.), review hold-bills, back-bills, concessions, accruals, deferrals, etc.
- Non-Contract – track and assess the billable activity by market, area, offering and product types. Drive actions to improve the outcome
- Costs - Management of costs and tracking versus budget. Produce variance analysis and set actions for spending control
- Budget Planning and Setting: participate in the annual planning and budget setting exercises by providing the analytics for accurate target setting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of financial analytical experience in the technical, healthcare or business environment.
- Experience with leading cross functional teams to achieve financial targets and business goals.
