About the Role:
North Western Property Maintenance is seeking a Shop Helper / Yard Coordinator to maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop and yard environment. This role supports the operations team by ensuring tools, equipment, and materials are properly stored and maintained. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and holds a high standard for cleanliness and order.

Key Responsibilities:

Sweep and maintain all shop and yard areas

Organize tools, ladders, and materials to standard
Operate forklift and F350 truck as required
Restock cleaning stations and work areas
Support new hire onboarding setup and daily checklists

• Follow NWPM’s 3S system: Sort, Sweep, Standardize

Requirements:

Valid BC driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle

Experience operating a forklift
Experience driving an F350 or similar vehicle
Reliable, detail-oriented, and physically fit
Comfortable working in outdoor environments year-round
