Your Contribution:
Your main responsibilities
- Field inspection and testing during placement of hot-mix asphalt to match current DTI requirements – including overseeing sampling, coring, temperature and compaction verification, etc;
Familiar with current DTI End-Result-Specification Asphalt specifications including sampling intervals, and placement requirements; - Receiving and properly recording all field samples for testing and/or holding;
- Reviewing roadway for damage prior to, and following paving operations;
- Communicate results effectively with client and Englobe supervisor;
- Maintain proper record of field test results for review and subsequent submissions;
- Apply and promote Englobe's health and safety rules.
Your Profile:
What makes you unique
- Technical degree or diploma in civil engineering (or equivalent);
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar engineering field;
- Team-oriented and an excellent communicator;
- Valid driver's license;
- Willingness and ability to travel on a required basis.
