Location: Sarnia, ON (On-site or Hybrid)
Position Type: Part-Time (25-30 hours/ week)
MedAesthetics is seeking a strategic, data-driven Paid Ads & Lead Generation Manager to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a forward-thinking marketer who thrives on performance metrics, has a proven track record with Meta Ads, and knows how to turn insights into strategy.
What You'll Do:
- Create, manage, and optimize paid ads on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to generate qualified leads
- Build and test high-converting Meta Lead Ads and landing pages
- Develop and execute strategic lead generation campaigns aligned with business goals
- Analyze campaign data and report on performance metrics to improve performance
- Implement and manage marketing automations to nurture and convert leads (email/SMS workflows, follow-ups, tagging)
- Maximize marketing budget by identifying high-impact opportunities and reducing wasted ad spend
- Deliver clear, concise reports and insights , both in writing and verbally, to support data-driven decisions
- Oversee and maintain the clinic’s website , ensuring functionality, lead capture, and a seamless user experience
- Write and schedule email campaigns that support promotions, nurture leads, and drive conversions
- Contribute to brand awareness through campaign-based strategies and audience targeting
- Collaborate with the team to align campaigns with seasonal promotions, service launches, and membership initiatives
- Build funnels, automations, forms, and contact workflows
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in paid social advertising (Meta required) and lead generation
- Strong understanding of campaign data, A/B testing, and performance optimization
- Independent, solution-focused, and highly motivated
- Comfortable presenting results and recommendations clearly in meetings and reports
- Experience with GoHighLevel , or similar CRM/automation platforms
- Comfortable creating automated workflows for lead nurturing and client retention
- Familiarity with website platforms (WordPress, Shopify), Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Klaviyo or similar tools
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Bonus:
- Experience in the medical aesthetics, beauty, or healthcare industries
- Creative testing experience (copy, visuals, video formats)
- Experience with WordPress, GoHighLevel, Klaviyo and Aesthetics Pro
