About the role

We are seeking ambitious, client-focused Sales Representatives to join a fast-growing organization specializing in extended warranty solutions for commercial transportation. You’ll be selling warranty products through a combination of dealership partnerships and direct-to-client sales (e.g., fleet managers and owner-operators).

This role offers a strong foundation of training, commission potential, and autonomy. Ideal for someone with a natural sales instinct, strong relationship-building ability, and a background in logistics, transportation, or general sales.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, fleets, and owner-operators across Canada.
  • Proactively generate and follow up on leads, guiding clients through the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to final agreement.
  • Deliver informative and personalized product presentations that align with client needs.
  • Provide consistent support and maintain long-term client engagement through ongoing communication and account management.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to build brand awareness and generate new leads.
  • Monitor territory activity and maintain accurate records in the CRM to support sales strategy and performance tracking.
  • Operate with autonomy in managing your book of business, while contributing to a collaborative and supportive sales team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of B2B or B2C sales experience (transportation, logistics, dealership, or tech sales a plus).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating CRMs and online sales tools.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – self-driven, proactive, and accountable.
  • Valid G driver’s license (having a car is a strong asset; transportation support can be arranged).
  • French fluency (bonus, not required).
  • Open to occasional Saturday availability (banked or overtime hours).
