We are seeking dedicated and versatile individuals to join our dynamic operations at our plant. As a Production Worker, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our Paper Machines and Converting Operations. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, eager to learn, and ready to tackle a variety of tasks and equipment. Immerse yourself in hands-on experience and master a variety of tasks within a supportive and collaborative environment.

We prioritize your well-being, requiring successful candidates to pass a criminal background check, drug test, and physical examination. You may also need to wear a full-face respirator for certain tasks.

In this role you can expect to:

• Perform a variety of labour duties in various areas of the mill

• Regularly lift up to 50-60lbs

• Identify and analyze problems as they occur, work with the team to troubleshoot them

• Work at heights or in confined spaces as required

• High School diploma

• Must possess a valid class 5 license

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Safety oriented, particularly while operating heavy machinery

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset

• Forklift driving experience is an asset

• Our facility runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Successful candidates must be available for all shifts, including weekends and nightshifts. This position may require the individual to wear a full-face respirator

Compensation:

• Base payrate of $34.72/hour
• Extended Health Benefits (after first 40 days)
• Safety boot allowance
