The Role: Bi-Lingual Sales Representative
Are you a dynamic and driven sales professional passionate about tech and helping dealerships with their sell out of wheel packages, tires and accessories? QQuote is seeking a Bi-Lingual Sales Rep to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead sales activities in the Quebec territory, from lead generation to closing for new dealers.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email, networking, local visits, and attending trade events.
- Conduct compelling software demonstrations and sales presentations that highlight the value of QQuote.
- Guide prospects through the sales funnel, from discovery to contract signing, including Pre-Authorized Payment (PAD) setup and account configuration.
- Support customer onboarding and usage adoption by understanding client KPIs and helping optimize their experience with QQuote.
- Collaborate with internal teams on KPIs for sales growth, profitability, and onboarding efficiency.
- Populate and maintain accurate data in the CRM.
- Support Customer Success Team during peak sales periods. This includes but not limited to building dealer environments.
- Support AR collections.
- Develop strategic growth plans for accounts with potential and expand presence within underpenetrated markets.
- Travel occasionally across Canada to meet customer needs.
- Conduct business reviews to highlight ROI and uncover sales opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing & operations teams to align on strategies for customer expansion.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or business development preferred.
- Industry knowledge in automotive dealerships, tire sales, or training is an asset.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in both French and English is required to ensure effective communication in a bilingual environment.
- Strong communicator with excellent presentation, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Self-starter who can strategize and execute independently.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with Monday.com or similar CRM platforms for task tracking and collaboration.

Up to 30% including overnight stays as needed.
