📍 Toronto, ON | Full-Time | Hybrid
Keller Williams Advantage Realty is growing, and we’re looking for licensed real estate professionals to join our high-performing team in Toronto.
Based in the vibrant east-end neighborhood of Leslieville, KWA has proudly served the Greater Toronto Area since 2008. With 150+ agents and a reputation for our supportive culture and industry-leading coaching, we’re committed to helping you build a sustainable, profitable, and fulfilling real estate business.
Whether you're newly licensed or an experienced agent ready for more growth, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
✔ Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting homes across the GTA
✔ Conduct market research, prepare CMAs, and negotiate offers
✔ Deliver outstanding service and build long-term client relationships
✔ Leverage CRM tools and systems to manage leads and stay organized
✔ Balance field work with remote and in-office tasks
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Valid Ontario Real Estate License
✅ Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills
✅ Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team
✅ Proficiency with real estate tools and CRM platforms
✅ Highly organized and service-oriented
