This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule, with part-time on-site work at our London, Ontario location and part-time remote work from your home.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
- Creating the commercial strategy for assigned verticals/regions, working cross-functionally to align Sales and Service, Product Management, Demand Generation, Branding, and Operations for HSD growth.
- Driving cross-functional alignment and ensuring effective execution of strategies through Action Plans, Funnel Management, Growth Rooms, and Daily Management.
- Collaborating with Product Management to develop new product commercialization plans and regularly reviewing go-to-market strategies.
- Conducting primary and secondary research to gain a deep understanding of customer problems and communicating insights to inform strategies.
- Leading market research to assess current and future market conditions and translating findings into actionable strategies.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced Marketing degree preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, corporate strategy, and/or product management.
- Strategic and growth-oriented mindset with a collaborative working style and customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to plan and manage initiatives at both strategic and operation al levels.
- Demonstrated success in driving growth initiatives.
It would be a plus if you also possess:
- Over 2 years of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) experience, including deal execution and strategic analysis.
- 3+ years of experience in tactical marketing, sales, or business development.
- 2+ years of experience in industrial water treatment solutions and technologies.
- Experience collaborating with global teams across multiple time zones.
