About the role

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Data Entry Clerk on a permanent basis for our Retail Accounting team.

This position requires on-site work and is based in Saskatoon, SK.

Our team is looking for a reliable Data Entry Clerk to support key administrative and data management tasks. What you’ll do:

  • Manage local Co-op files by storing, maintaining, and shipping packages.
  • Lift up to 15 heavy boxes (20-50lbs in weight) daily.
  • Maintain supplies cabinet and prepare supplies orders.
  • Key data from a variety of source documents including patronage and inventory keying.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who you’ll work with :

The Team: You will work closely with one other data entry clerk and report into the Retail Accounting Supervisor. You will act as a team player, ensuring efficiency while completing tasks that support FCL’s Finance business unit.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Administration and:

  • Have a minimum of 9 months of data entry experience.
  • Have a high school education or equivalent.
  • Can repetitively lift up to 50lbs.
