Intermediate IT Analyst**:**
The Intermediate IT Analyst will serve as the primary IT liaison between partner organizations, supporting the setup and ongoing operations for office staff. The role requires hands-on infrastructure deployment, user onboarding, and administrative oversight of cloud platforms, with a growing emphasis on cybersecurity.
How will you contribute to the team?:
To perform this role successfully, the candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Infrastructure & Office Setup
- Deploy and maintain firewalls and ensure secure network segmentation.
- Set up and manage Wi-Fi access points and LAN infrastructure.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for hardware procurement and installation.
User Support & Onboarding
- Create onboarding documentation including email access guides and IT usage policies.
- Provide Tier 1–2 support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Cloud & Application Administration

Administer Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) including user provisioning, permissions, and license management.

Support Microsoft 365 tenant setup and user management.

Maintain documentation for system configurations and access protocols.

Coordinate with the vendor to set up and maintain the backup system.
Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Collaborate with Managed Security company to implement identity threat detection and security awareness training.
- Participate in the rollout of cybersecurity protocols
- Monitor and report on security posture, including firewall rule audits and endpoint protection.
Coordination & Communication
- Act as the IT point of contact between partners, and external vendors.
- Support project planning and execution for new system rollouts and IT initiatives.
- Maintain helpdesk ticketing workflows and user support channels
Education and Experience:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years in IT support or infrastructure roles, ideally in construction or multi-tenant environments.
- Good communication & organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of firewall technologies, Wi-Fi systems, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Entra ID.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based with occasional travel to partner sites. May require after-hours support during system rollouts or incidents.
