Intermediate IT Analyst**:**

The Intermediate IT Analyst will serve as the primary IT liaison between partner organizations, supporting the setup and ongoing operations for office staff. The role requires hands-on infrastructure deployment, user onboarding, and administrative oversight of cloud platforms, with a growing emphasis on cybersecurity.

How will you contribute to the team?:

To perform this role successfully, the candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Infrastructure & Office Setup

• Deploy and maintain firewalls and ensure secure network segmentation.
• Set up and manage Wi-Fi access points and LAN infrastructure.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for hardware procurement and installation.

User Support & Onboarding

• Create onboarding documentation including email access guides and IT usage policies.
• Provide Tier 1–2 support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Cloud & Application Administration

• Administer Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) including user provisioning, permissions, and license management.

• Support Microsoft 365 tenant setup and user management.

• Maintain documentation for system configurations and access protocols.

• Coordinate with the vendor to set up and maintain the backup system.

Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Collaborate with Managed Security company to implement identity threat detection and security awareness training.
• Participate in the rollout of cybersecurity protocols
• Monitor and report on security posture, including firewall rule audits and endpoint protection.

Coordination & Communication

• Act as the IT point of contact between partners, and external vendors.
• Support project planning and execution for new system rollouts and IT initiatives.
• Maintain helpdesk ticketing workflows and user support channels

Education and Experience:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years in IT support or infrastructure roles, ideally in construction or multi-tenant environments.
• Good communication & organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of firewall technologies, Wi-Fi systems, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Entra ID.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Working Conditions:

• Office-based with occasional travel to partner sites. May require after-hours support during system rollouts or incidents.
