Who you are
- Enrolled or recently completed a post-secondary Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Basic knowledge of G Suite (Google Sheets, Slides). Knowledge of SQL, Looker, Google Analytics is a big plus, but not a must
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Data-driven problem-solving skills and ability to break down large problems into smaller solvable chunks
- Strong quantitative skills combined with great attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

What the job involves
- We are currently looking for a management intern to join our Strategy and Business Operations team. Reporting to the Sr. Strategy and Business Operations Manager, you will support the team in various ad-hoc projects and regular reporting
- You will play a key role in analyzing and sharing insights from the data to support business decisions. The team works closely with all the departments in the company and has a holistic view of how they function
- Leverage data analysis skills to drive insights and support strategic recommendations
- Conduct deep-dives of different business areas such as user funnel, monetization, or content engagement to identify trends and opportunities
- Assist the team in running subscription promotion events by supporting during the planning and execution phase
- Work with the team members and other stakeholders to prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews
- Build, maintain and iterate on dashboards to track key performance metrics and monitor progress against targets
- Conduct market and competitive research to support strategic decision-making
