Technicor is a growing business specializing in custom machining of performance plastic materials in a variety of industries throughout Canada and internationally. We employ state-of-the-art CNC equipment, software and skilled individuals to produce low production, high quality polymer shapes and components, sprockets, and sorting and filling components to name a few. Technicor not only has the latest technology in equipment, we also operate in a purpose built state-of-the-art facility that is clean, bright, spacious and comfortable to work in.
We are looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator who:
- has excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail and quality
- is a team player, has a good attitude and takes ownership of assigned tasks
- is willing to work in a cooperative setting with likeminded individuals who learn, grow and teach together

Key Skill Sets Required for the position are:
· Ability to read and understand technical drawings, drawing nomenclature and tolerances
· Previous CNC Router or Machining Centre experience required
· Ability to use precision measuring equipment
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manufacture parts from drawings using CNC equipment
- Perform programing set-up and maintenance of equipment to accomplish above
- Must have excellent proficiency and accuracy with measuring tools
- Keen eye for detail/quality and not accepting substandard product
- Must possess a strong understanding of engineered drawings, both metric and imperial
- Comfortable operating a hand router and Noga tool for deburring parts made
- Ability to use CAM/CAD software an asset
Job Type: Full-time
