We are a busy boutique wills & estates law firm in the Etobicoke/Toronto area looking for administrative support staff to join our growing team.
We work in a fast-paced environment but we are a close-knit team. Our files involve wills and estate planning, litigation and elder law and we are both solicitors and litigators.
The Administrative Assistant Position will primarily include:
- Reception Relief;
- Printing and preparing bi-weekly bills for lawyers to review;
- Helping to prepare will signing packages for clients and may attend meetings as a witness;
- Photocopying, scanning, binding court and other legal documents and materials;
- Data entry for estate accounting / bookkeeping files;
- Hostess activities - greeting clients, preparing boardroom for meetings;
- May be involved in social media posts
Qualifications
- Must have excellent telephone communication skills;
- Must have excellent technology skills - working with adobe, word, excel, PDF editors, photocopiers, binding machines, scanners;
- Reception experience needed - ability to transfer calls, take messages, possibly book meetings
THIS IS STRICTLY AN IN-OFFICE POSITION, ON-SITE. FULL TIME.
