Job Description
The Senior Manager, Retail Risk Modeling will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of risk models for retail portfolios. This role requires a strong understanding of statistical modeling techniques and risk management principles.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and validate risk models for retail portfolios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure model integration.
- Monitor model performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Finance).
- 5+ years of experience in risk modeling or analytics.
- Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail banking or financial services.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
