Atlas Transformer located in Brampton, Ontario is a Custom Design and Manufacturing of high-quality Medium and High Voltage Dry Type and Liquid Filled Transformers and serves Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional clients.
We are currently searching for a Senior Enterprise Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Enterprise Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales growth and business development for Atlas Transformer. This role involves identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and providing technical expertise to support sales efforts. The individual will develop and execute strategic sales plans, deliver compelling presentations, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Atlas Transformer.
- Identify and engage potential customers, including utilities, and industrial clients.
- Provide technical consultation and product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Gather technical data to prepare and present proposals to new prospects.
- Develop technical responses and strategy for RFIs and RFPs
- Provide customer service for all post-sale implementation issues until resolved
- Design customer technical solutions with engineering diagrams
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Understand and convey technical advantages of Atlas products
- Provide technical training and guidance to customers on as needed basis.
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years in the transformer industry, or other related field providing technical sales support
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-starting, will take initiative and be able to work well in a team environment
- Strong technical knowledge of transformers, electrical systems, and power distribution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
