Position Summary
The Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring the smooth execution of logistics operations. This role involves direct communication with customers, coordination with carriers and vendors, and proactive management of shipment tracking and issue resolution.
Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email regarding shipping, customs, warehousing, and delivery services
- Coordinate and monitor logistics activities such as transportation, warehousing, customs brokerage, and inventory flow
- Track and manage shipments from vendors to JLink warehouses, ensuring on-time delivery and accuracy
- Prepare and maintain detailed logistics and performance reports for management
- Assist in negotiating contracts and rates with logistics providers and carriers
- Resolve shipping delays or delivery issues promptly and communicate updates to customers
- Ensure all logistics procedures and documentation comply with company policies and regulatory standards
- Work closely with internal departments to support smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Employment requirements

A bachelor's degree or a college diploma in business administration or public administration or a related field is required

1 years of experience at a professional level in business administration or administrative services are required.

Experience related to transportation company administration or management will be preferred.

Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Ability to analyze information and develop effective solutions

Strong planning, critical thinking, problem-solving, and task and time management skills

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency office technology and equipment, such as computers, copiers, scanners, fax machines, and phone systems

Prefer communicating in Chinese Mandarin.

Accounting-related experience is an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
