About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Startup Manager to join our startup factory at Sky Inoventure Inc.. This is a co-founding role, where you will take on responsibilities similar to a CEO of a startup, but within the matrix structure of our startup factory. In this role, you will manage and oversee all aspects of product and project management, focusing on building and scaling the startup. If you meet the KPIs outlined in your contract over a maximum of two years, this could lead to a future role as the CEO or a superior director of the startup after its spin-off.
This is an equity-based or % based position based on our policies and negotiation—we do not offer a salary for this role. Instead, the compensation is based on co-founder equity or option or % of revenue or profit, conditional upon meeting specific KPIs during the startup’s growth period. In our growth model of the startup factory, we are investing 120K $ directly & indirectly in each startup. The strategy of our startup factory is 80% factory and 20% co-founders' commitment, intending to create startups with a projected valuation of $ 10 M+ by the end of the second year.

Main Goal of this Role:
1- Product and Project Management: Act as the Product Manager and Project Manager for the startup, overseeing all stages of development, from ideation to execution and scaling.
2- Startup Leadership: Lead the startup to achieve KPIs, manage daily operations, and ensure strategic alignment with the factory’s goals.
3- KPI Achievement: Drive the startup’s performance to meet KPIs, including revenue targets, product milestones, market penetration, and customer acquisition.
4- Co-founder Opportunity: If you successfully meet the agreed-upon KPIs within two years, you will have the opportunity to transition into the CEO or another senior executive role post-spin-off.
5- Growth Strategy: Apply growth hacking techniques to scale the company's marketing efforts quickly and efficiently, using innovative, low-cost strategies to achieve rapid growth.
6- Grant Applications: contribute in the process of securing grants from both governmental and private sectors for our startup ventures, ensuring compliance with all grant requirements and deadlines.
7- Analyzing business processes from depth of the business and daily activities of the company and making documents & BPMNs
8- Making Intelligent Agents using AI-Based tools for the company using cut-edge technologies to do tasks on Microsoft Teams and other platforms
9- Maintaining and/or managing resources such as human resource, financial resource, intelligent agents, …
10- Other daily tasks to helping company to project management and controlling related parts of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Resource Management:
• Manage all startup resources according to the business plan, including human resources, financial resources, and operational support.
• Ensure effective allocation and utilization of resources to achieve startup goals and milestones.
• Regularly report to the board of the startup on progress, achievements, challenges, and financial status.
Business Strategy and Operations:
• Develop and modify business models and business plans based on market feedback and evolving startup needs.
• Adjust business strategies as required to maintain alignment with market demands and ensure the startup's success.
• Drive the startup’s operations in alignment with KPIs and strategic plans for optimal performance.
Marketing and Business Plan Execution:
• Execute the marketing plans, business plans, and growth strategies using available resources.
• Lead the implementation of these plans across multiple departments to ensure the startup reaches its milestones.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, marketing plan, refining business models (including business canvas), and business plans for all startup ventures, focusing on digital marketing and branding efforts.
• Design and execute campaigns that build brand awareness, drive traffic, and promote products effectively.
• Monitor, analyze, and adjust strategies to ensure maximum ROI and consistent growth.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media marketing.
• Manage digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms to drive engagement and lead generation.
• Leverage Google Analytics and other tools to track performance, analyze trends, and refine strategies.
Growth Hacking & Startup Marketing:
• Apply innovative growth hacking techniques to accelerate customer acquisition and retention across various channels.
• Experiment with and test new digital marketing tools, platforms, and strategies to continuously refine marketing tactics and increase growth rates.
• Focus on cost-effective and scalable methods to achieve rapid growth in multiple industrial domains.
Pitch Deck Creation and Investor Relations:
• Create and refine pitch decks for investor presentations.
• Actively network with investors, present at various industry events, and build relationships with potential investors.
• Manage fundraising efforts by presenting the startup to potential investors until funding is secured, based on established goals and plans.
Grant Applications:
• In cooperation with other departments, identify and apply for grants to support the startup's growth and operational needs.
Product Management and MVP Development:
• Drive the product development process until the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is achieved.
• Ensure the product fits the market by testing product-market fit and making adjustments based on customer feedback and market demands.
• Work closely with relevant departments to refine the product according to the latest market needs.
Collaboration with Operations:
• Collaborate with the Operations Department of the organization to drive the startup toward its goals, ensuring all departments are working toward the same objectives.
• Manage timelines and ensure the startup is on track to meet all milestones and targets within the set timeframes.
Spin-off Preparation:
• Lead the startup toward successful spin-off from the startup factory, ensuring the transition is smooth and that the startup is ready to operate independently.
• Ensure the startup meets the $10M+ valuation target by the end of the second year, positioning it for future growth.
