About the role
The Group Retirement Savings (GRS) Business Solutions and Cross-Sector Projects Department defines, develops and rolls out innovative, high-performance and sustainable solutions that drive GRS's growth. Our experts enrich the GRS client experience of today and design that of tomorrow. As a group retirement savings steering advisor, you’re involved in a range of projects where you analyze issues, provide specialized knowledge and advise on specific GRS topics, and support the business line. You help the sector resolve complex problems and make informed decisions. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Carry out application support activities for group retirement savings (GRS) systems
- Help define needs, identify possible solutions and prioritize maintenance, improvement and correction requests for system features under your responsibility
- Help solve problems with various interfaces (website and application systems)
- Set up configurations at the system level (Compass)
- Diagnose and analyze issues, challenges, needs, problems and solutions for your domain
- Follow up as needed to solve more complex or unusual problems
- Develop and propose recommendations and help implement them
- Represent the business line as a system expert on various projects

What you bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Experience in user support
- Knowledge of French is required
- Intermediate knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
- Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL
- Knowledge of group retirement savings
