Digital Marketing Coordinator
As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be a key player in our marketing and advertising team, contributing at every stage of our campaigns. You will leverage data-driven insights to develop, expand, and optimize our digital marketing channels. Your role will focus on driving measurable growth and brand visibility through strategic online efforts, using the latest tools and tactics to maintain our competitive edge.

What You Will Do:
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Collaborate with the marketing team to formulate strategies that create lasting digital connections.
- Launch and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others to enhance brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.
- Stay current with online marketing trends, continuously refining and updating strategies to keep pace with digital best practices.
- Monitor competitor activity in the digital space, making strategic recommendations to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, aligning with product launches, events, and seasonal promotions.
Content, Copywriting & SEO
- Conduct regular SEO audits that serve both traditional search and emerging AI-powered search experiences.
- Track and report on key metrics, and implement strategies to improve search rankings.
- Research and execute backlink strategies, including optimizing anchor text, keyword usage, and identifying high-value linking opportunities.
- Collaborate on content creation strategies, including landing pages, blogs, and downloadable resources.
- Write compelling, brand-aligned marketing copy for web pages, ads, and promotional materials
- Lead the development of blog articles and case studies that support thought leadership and demand generation.
- Ensure written content reflects Longboard's position in the architectural and building products space.
Email Marketing
- Develop, manage, and refine email marketing campaigns with a focus on segmentation, personalization, and performance optimization.
- Create automated workflows and lead nurturing sequences tailored to buyer journey stages.
- Execute A/B tests to optimize subject lines, messaging, and layouts.
- Collaborate with sales to ensure alignment between email campaigns and lead follow-up processes.
Targeting & Segmentation
- Build and maintain contact segments based on behavior, industry, and engagement level.
- Use insights from CRM tools and web analytics to personalize digital touchpoints across email, ads, and content.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze and measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using web analytics tools to drive continuous improvement.
- Track ROI and performance metrics across all digital campaigns, preparing detailed reports and recommending actionable improvements.
- Recommend improvements to campaign targeting, channel mix, and creative based on performance insights.
Qualifications:
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
- Proven experience with Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.), and data-driven marketing techniques.
- Proficiency in setting up and managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn Ads).
- Excellent understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices, including content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data interpretation and the ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) and CRM systems.
- Proficient in using MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools like Jira.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and quarterly performance reports.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Passionate about staying updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and innovations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative when facing challenges.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and other advanced digital marketing tactics.
- Experience with web design principles and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
