Key Responsibilities
- Monitor sales and use relevant software to produce detailed analysis and sales reports, interpret them and make recommendations;
- Contribute to the development of new programs to improve and monitor the progress of action plans for the sales team;
- Participate in the development of new markets and applications using the appropriate methods and tools (telemarketing, appropriate software, cold-calling, etc.);
- Follow-up on agreements at risk (expiring), and agreements to be renegotiated (which the client does not want to renew automatically);
- Write bids and proposals;
- Participate in the preparation of the price increase program and organize the communication of price increases to clients and account executives;
- Support the Account Executives through training and coaching on the various tools (Sales Force, airliquide.ca, etc.);
- Work with his/her team and other cross-functional teams to continuously improve work processes.

Who We Are Looking For
- You have a College diploma in administration, marketing or any other relevant discipline, combined with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- You are familiar with Oracle OBIEE (or other ERP), Power BI, Sales Force (or other CRM) and Google applications (Sheets and Slides) or MS Office (Excel and PPT).
- You have knowledge of the welding industry (an asset).
- You are recognized for your customer orientation, your autonomy and your organizational skills.
- You are excellent skills communicator in both verbal and written
