Transportation Operations Analyst This position reports into Manager, Transportation Canada and is based at 88 McNabb St, Markham, ON .

Role reports to: Manager, Transportation Canada
Location: 88 McNabb St, Markham, ON
Travel %: Occasional domestic and international travel
What You Will Do Support strategic transportation operations for inbound and outbound logistics, enabling service and cost goals through data-driven logistics solutions and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Domestic and International Logistics Management Ensure timely pick-up and delivery across supplier and customer locations, manage exceptions/escalations, and support reverse logistics and customs clearance processes.
- Metrics and Performance Track and support KPIs including carrier performance, transportation costs, and service compliance. Participate in regular performance reviews.
- Process Compliance and Innovation Support initiatives tied to SOX, Regulatory, QA, and continuous improvement. Assist in projects to drive efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Transportation Consultation Use ERP and TMS systems to perform logistics analysis, support reporting, and contribute to strategic recommendations. Stay updated on industry trends.
- Business Unit and Partner Relationship Management Serve as the main point of contact for Deliver Canada. Present KPIs, manage urgent shipments, and support root cause analysis.
Required Qualifications What we are looking for
- Strong data and process analysis capabilities
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Technological proficiency (Microsoft Office; ERP & TMS experience preferred)
- Ability to work independently and in high-pressure environments
- Self-motivated and collaborative, with strong organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related diploma
- Professional certifications (e.g., CITT, PLog) preferred
- 0–5 years of experience in transportation, customs, or supply chain
