Discovery Co-operative is hiring a Full-Time Clerk II for our Hardware Department in North Battleford, SK.
What you’ll do:
Provide safe, courteous, efficient and customer-focused service in our Hardware Department.
- To supervise the overall operation of the department
- To assist the direct manager with recruitment, training, supervision and performance management in compliance with the collective agreement
- To provide exceptional customer service.
- To perform general duties associated with the position and to carry out all duties in a productive and efficient manner.
- To maintain the safety and sanitation standards.
- To come to work to work with a positive, professional approach and attitude.
- To be dependable for all schedule shifts.
- To ensure outstanding and courteous guest service is provided at all times.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Customer Service and:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Completion of Hardware Advance Program is required
- Two years of retail experience is preferred
- You must be available for days, evenings and weekends
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do
- You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
