Job Description:
- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer service at the rental counter.
- Handle inside sales of rental equipment and related services.
- Prepare and process rental and sales contracts accurately.
- Manage equipment returns and close rental agreements.
- Perform equipment inquiries using internal systems and tools.
- Maintain knowledge of the rental fleet and demonstrate equipment when needed.
- Assist in servicing equipment and ensure readiness for customer use.
- Keep paperwork and records up to date for timely processing.
- Use and maintain familiarity with the purchase order system.
Qualifications:
- Previous direct sales or customer service experience is an asset.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of construction phases and equipment applications is an asset.
- Knowledge of rental equipment and ability to demonstrate product feature is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks.
- Proficient in using computer systems for transactions and inquiries.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Note:
- This position is based out of our Fort McMurray TCRS location
- Permanent, full-time role.
- Monday – Friday (5x2) schedule.
