Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and become the face of our rental operations. In this fast-paced role, you’ll handle customer inquiries, process rental and sales transactions, and support equipment servicing—all while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

Job Description:

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer service at the rental counter.
  • Handle inside sales of rental equipment and related services.
  • Prepare and process rental and sales contracts accurately.
  • Manage equipment returns and close rental agreements.
  • Perform equipment inquiries using internal systems and tools.
  • Maintain knowledge of the rental fleet and demonstrate equipment when needed.
  • Assist in servicing equipment and ensure readiness for customer use.
  • Keep paperwork and records up to date for timely processing.
  • Use and maintain familiarity with the purchase order system.

Qualifications:

  • Previous direct sales or customer service experience is an asset.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of construction phases and equipment applications is an asset.
  • Knowledge of rental equipment and ability to demonstrate product feature is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks.
  • Proficient in using computer systems for transactions and inquiries.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Note:

  • This position is based out of our Fort McMurray TCRS location
  • Permanent, full-time role.
  • Monday – Friday (5x2) schedule.
