About the role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and creative Contest & Analytics Administrator to join our dynamic digital team. In this role, you’ll develop and manage engaging contests and promotions from start to finish, collaborating closely with sales, design, social, and client-facing teams to ensure seamless execution. - Create engaging and brand-aligned contests, giveaways, and sweepstakes (from concept to deployment) for internal and external clients.
- Manage timelines, entry mechanics, rules, and prize fulfillment, KPI reports etc.
- Liaise with reps/ publishers and occasionally clients on contest details.
- Oversee the use of contesting platforms and ensure functionality.
- Provide daily or weekly updates to the direct manager on tasks, contests and other items.
- Work with sales teams to brainstorm and pitch custom promotional packages where needed
- Attend training sessions and ensure up-to-date knowledge on platforms.
- Utilize social media ads managers to deliver ads where needed.
- Liaise with clients on campaign deliverables, approvals, and outcomes.
- Create recap reports showing KPIs and contest performance.
- Coordinate with design, social, ad ops, and other digital team members for promotional assets, ad placements, and landing pages as well as direct manager.
- Ensure brand voice and compliance across all promotional touchpoints.
- Ensure all contests comply with relevant laws and guidelines (privacy, CAN-SPAM, CAPA, etc.)
- Maintain contest documentation, terms & conditions, and winner verification
- Monitor entries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide performance updates.
- Provide accurate and timely KPI reports and stats/ results for various products, including but not limited to Impress articles, contests, and O+O, or other
- Reach out to your direct manager for any support needed
- Provide KPI support for key tactics where needed and as directed by manager
- Other duties assigned by manager
